David Neal Dental Langport is a family-owned private dental practice and dental implant centre, with a long-established reputation as a centre of advanced dentistry and for excellence in oral surgery. We’re located in Langport, Somerset, close to Glastonbury and the cathedral city of Wells.

We accept referrals from external dentists and dental practices, as well self-referred patients, for services ranging from wisdom teeth removal to complex jaw surgeries.

Dr Michael Zybutz, a specialist periodontist, and Dr Liliana Ruzzene, a specialist oral surgeon, have extensive experience in implantology. Both have placed thousands of implants over the past 30 years, including the most complex cases where patients have been told they’re not suitable for implants.
Leaders in the same day dental implant technique, we routinely accept referrals, from other dental professionals and from self-referring patients.
Teeth in a Day versus traditional implants
We offer the advanced Teeth in a Day (All on 4) tooth replacement treatment where a full set of fixed teeth and a beautiful smile can be restored in a single day. Unlike traditional dental implant procedures, All on 4 (Teeth in a Day) treatment requires only one surgical procedure.
Any necessary extractions, implant surgery and placement of the first set of teeth are all done on the same day.
The teeth placed on surgery day remain fixed in place until they’re exchanged for the final tooth or teeth about three months later. This allows time for the jaw bone to integrate with the implants, and for the gums to settle.
