Ryad joined David Neal Hastings in February 2022.

Having qualified as a dentist in 2004, he then undertook speciality training in orthodontics at the Royal London Hospital. There he obtained his postgraduate diploma in Clinical Dentistry followed by Master of Clinical Dentistry in orthodontics from the Queen Mary University of London. He was awarded the Speciality Membership in Orthodontics by the Royal College of Surgeons.

In 2019, he was awarded the Fellowship in Dental Surgery by the Royal College of Edinburgh. He has also been a part-time university lecturer, most recently at the University of Manchester. Currently, he is a locum Orthodontics Consultant at Eastbourne District General Hospital.

Outside work, Ryad enjoys travelling, cycling and chess.

After spending 14 years running the family business, Jonathan decided to pursue a career in medicine. He spent time in the United States completing a Clinical Clerkship in Washington State University and attending Seattle College before qualifying as a General Dentist in Liverpool in 2004. Jonathan joined the David Neal team in 2021. He is extremely passionate about all aspects of dentistry with a special interest in Paediatric Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics. Jonathan is particularly adept at calming nervous patients and has been named as a preferred dentist for understanding the requirement and special needs of children. In his spare time Jonathan enjoys playing squash, cycling and has recently taken up golf. He also enjoys travelling, modern literature and has an eclectic taste in music.

Alastair qualified at Birmingham University in 1989. He worked in general practice in the West Midlands, then moved to Wiltshire in 1994 to set up his own practice. Alastair joined David Neal Dental (previously Total Dentalcare) in May 2016.

Alastair has been a Dental Foundation Trainer for 10 years and is a Dental Nurse Tutor. He won a National Award for patient care at the Dental Awards, came 2nd in the National Ceramx competition and was a finalist in the Dental Defence Union, Dental Teacher of the Year Awards. His professional interests are cosmetic dentistry, facial rejuvenation and restorative dentistry.

Outside work, Alastair’s enjoys collecting watercolour and modern abstract art, and mountain biking.

Dr Eial Makori, has worked as a private cosmetic dentist for 20 years, and has built a reputation for creating beautiful natural-looking smiles.

Eial qualified top of his class from the Wits Dental School in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1997, with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery before relocating to the UK. For the past 18 years has worked alongside specialists in multi-disciplinary practices, prescribing, carrying out and overseeing every stage of the patient's treatment journey.

Eial’s passion lies in dental rehabilitation. He has vast experience in restoring heavily broken-down dentition to a healthy, natural-looking functional smile. For the past 7 years he has worked as the lead practitioner in the advanced Smile in a Day same-day dental implant treatment, changing the lives of hundreds of patients.

Eial takes a conservative, caring approach, where possible eliminating the need for crowns or more invasive treatment options. He has completed extensive implant and cosmetic dental courses and continues to invest in on-going education. Eial is also skilled in facial aesthetics.

Emel graduated from the Medical University of Varna, Bulgaria in 2021 and has joined the David Neal Team in Eastbourne and Hastings. Since qualifying, Emel has worked at dental practices in Kent and Sussex, developing her skills in general dentistry and facial aesthetics.

Emel loves helping her patients achieve and preserve their best smiles. She is an advocate of preventive and patient-focused care, with a focus on each individual patient’s needs.

Emel has an interest in learning the latest techniques and technologies to make modern dentistry a more comfortable experience for her patients.

Outside of work, Emel enjoys spending weekends exploring nature, reading books, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.

Michael graduated from the Medical University of Varna, Bulgaria in 2020 and has joined the David Neal Dental teams in Eastbourne and Hastings.

Since qualifying, Michael has worked in various locations in Kent and Sussex, developing his skills in general dentistry and facial aesthetics.

He has a passion for helping his patients improve their smiles and oral health. His kind, gentle and friendly approach has earned him a reputation for making his patients feel relaxed He prides himself on explaining and educating patients on their oral health and providing concise treatment.

Outside of dentistry, Michael enjoys reading, graphic design, exploring different parts of the UK and dog walking. He also likes to spend time with friends and family.
