Important update: Changes to our service structure

We want to inform our patients about an internal change in how our dental services are structured. This change will not affect the care you receive, the team who looks after you, or the way you access our services.

To better support our patients and align with NHS and private service requirements, we are now operating under two separate legal entities:

NHS services will be provided through a new partnership entity.
Private services will continue to be delivered through our existing limited company.

What does this mean for you?

There is no change to the way you book appointments, receive treatment, or communicate with us. You will still see the same friendly team at the same location. This change is purely administrative and will help us deliver even more efficient, tailored care across both NHS and private services.

Dental Implants at David Neal Dental Hastings

David Neal Dental Hastings is not only a general dental clinic – our practice is also a dental implant centre.

We offer the advanced Teeth in a Day (All on 4) treatment where a full set of teeth and a beautiful smile can be restored in a single day.

Clinical and patient care is led by specialist periodontist, Dr Michael Zybutz.

Under his direction, our experienced team of dentists can restore single, multiple or full sets of teeth in just one day.

Teeth in a Day versus traditional implants

Unlike traditional dental implant procedures, the All on 4 (Teeth in a Day) treatment requires only one surgical procedure.

Any extractions, implant surgery and placement of the first set of teeth are all done on the same day.

The set of teeth placed on surgery day remain securely in place until they are exchanged for the final tooth or teeth after around three months.

This means patients don’t have to live with gaps or removable dentures during the healing phase (whilst the jawbone integrates with the implants).

How do I register as a new patient?

Please contact our Reception Team on 01424 434433. They will take your details and book you in for your new patient appointment.

Please note there is a cost of £50 for this initial appointment.

What happens at my initial consultation?

At your first dental visit to David Neal Dental Hastings, your dentist will talk to you about your medical history and do a full oral examination of your mouth, teeth, jaw and gums.

This enables them to fully assess your oral health and best advise you on any recommended treatment.

Together you can agree a personalised plan to maintain the best possible oral health.

They can also discuss smile makeover treatments and cosmetic treatments, such as teeth whitening.

Our dental clinic and dental implant centre is located opposite the Priory Meadow Shopping Centre in Hastings, directly opposite the Post Office and WHSmith.

By car

Priory Meadow Shopping Centre in Hastings has parking facilities and is directly opposite the practice.
The Marks and Spencer exit will lead you to the practice (the postcode for Satnav TN34 1PH).
Disabled car parking spaces are available at the Shopping Centre.

By rail

We are a 5 minute walk from Hastings train station.
Services are run by Southern and South Eastern Trains.
Follow signs for Priory Meadow Shopping Centre and cross the road by the Town Hall onto Queens Road, by Greggs.

By bus

Any bus service marked ‘Town Centre’ will arrive within a short distance of the practice. Bus stops are located on either side of Queens Road.
