David Neal Dental is a family-owned private dental practice and dental implant centre based at Langney Shopping Centre, near Eastbourne.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality dental care to patients in Eastbourne and across East Sussex.
Our brand new premises opened in June 2023 and we are proud to welcome patients into our modern, state of the art surgeries, all fitted with the very latest equipment.

Dental Implants at David Neal Dental Eastbourne
As well as providing general dentistry services, our practice is also a dedicated dental implant centre offering the advanced Teeth in a Day treatment.
Our clinical and patient care is led by specialist periodontist Dr Michael Zybutz; our experienced team can restore single, multiple or full sets of teeth on implants in just one day.

Teeth in a Day versus traditional implants
Unlike traditional dental implant treatments, the teeth placed on surgery day remain securely in place until they are exchanged for the final tooth or teeth.
This means patients don’t have to live with gaps or a removable plate during the healing phase (whilst the jawbone integrates with the dental implants).
The final teeth are placed after around three months, with no further surgery required.

What happens at my initial consultation?
At your first appointment, your dentist will talk to you about your medical history and do a full oral examination of your mouth, teeth, jaw and gums.
This enables them to fully assess your oral health and to best advise you on any recommended treatment.
Together you can agree a personalised plan to keep your teeth, mouth and smile in the best possible health.
They can also discuss smile makeover treatments, such as teeth whitening.

Our private dental practice and dental implant centre is based in Langney Shopping Centre, near Eastbourne.
The shopping Centre is situated on Kingfisher Road in the centre of Langney, a 10 minute drive from the centre of Eastbourne.
We are located opposite Boots the Chemist.
